Bursa rug, from Turkey, silk and wool mixed on cotton, very finely knotted.
The decor is delicate and very bright and presents us with a baroque niche with a horseshoe-shaped arch, accompanied by flowery arabesques and central decor, a lion catching a purple lamb under a large tree with very large flowers.
The colors are soft, pale blue, pink, white and black.
Bursa are often small. Borders decorated with flowers, alternate flowers with eight petals pink or green.
This carpet has been cleaned professionally and ecologically.
