Marthe de Florian was a French stage actress and courtesan of the Belle Epoque. She is known for her love affairs with politicians and the Italian painter Giovanni Boldini. His story was rediscovered in 2010, with his Paris apartment at 2 square La Bruyère (9th arrondissement), closed for decades.
