"Bronze Sculpture"
Bronze sculpture with double patina representing a woman bustit Floréal titit, resting on a base in red marble, stamp founder of the bronzes of Paris, signed Emile Pinedo, born in Paris in 1840, died in the same city in 1916. Sculptor, medalist, he succeeded his father in 1865. He made his debut at the Salon in 1870. He seems to indicate a preference for female figures and oriental characters. His bronzes are reputed of very high quality.
