"Jewel Sentimental Gold 19th"
Beautiful and large gold brooch, black email, fine pearls and a hard stone cameo. It is an English jewel of the 19th century, date 1844. It is a perfect example of the jewels jewels in vogue at this time. The grave inscriptions on the back of the brooch are explicit: "in memory of John Beet esqr oct 4th march 1844". A lock of hair is kept under glass on the back also. The email of the front is in perfect condition, the pearls are original and the central cam has column decor and flower is also perfect. weight: 25.2 g Dimensions: 5.5cm x 4.5cm. security chain also in gold. I did not find oiincons, which happens quite often with the jewels of that time but I guarantee it well in gold.
