"Medium Table Violin In Marquetry"
Middle table Napoleon III, violin-shaped, inlaid with red tortoiseshell and so-called brass inlays "Boulle", also able to office thanks to its wide belt drawer. It rests on curved legs decorated with Spanishettes and ending with a hoof. The plate is finely chiselled with patterns of scrolls, palmettes, urns, flowers, characters and girdle of an ingot mold. The headbands are of animated shape adorned with gilded bronze figures. Epoch nineteenth century. Possibility to protect the top with a glass.
