" Clock Portico To Caryatids Epoche Empire"
Pendulum portico period Empire 1810 signed "Cassant Beziers". Bronze gilded with mercury. columns in caryatids composed of a female bust ending with a chiseled sheath of foliage. they support a circular pediment chiseled with palm leaves and pearls. decoration at the top of an eagle symbolizing the Empire.

Large domed white enamel dial and finely worked hands. underlined with a chiseled outline of laurel leaves and a drapery decorated with chimeras. The space is occupied by a sunbeam.

Mechanism of origin without modification, suspension with silk thread.

bell hour and half hour on old bell. Perfect authenticity and a remarkable state of preservation.
