Timpani Tulip, Silver, Eighteenth

Tulip timpani in sterling silver, resting on a foot godronné, Amiens, eighteenth century. Master goldsmith LF subscriber to the mark, his punch repeated three times. LF fleur de lys crowned, wheel, punch used in 1745-1746, by a master silversmith of Amiens (Somme) "dictionary of the punches of master French goldsmith from XIV to 1838" Beuque and Frapsauce n 1387 p 155. Weight 127g. State, good, engraved Mr. GOBLET.
