Object description :

"French Spire Gun, Circa 1630, Signed Sr"
Rare French pistol with spinning wheel: Cannons with sides then round, caliber 13mm approx.
Platinium with external wheel of French form, engraved SR, finely chiseled and engraved with a flower.
Large spring held by a screw in the handle; Iron counterplate holding the axle of the wheel and secured by two screws.
Bridle and iron bridge, tail on the side. Iron fittings, chiseled cap.
Pear wood in very elegant style, end of barrel finished with an iron ring. Passing stick. Wand wood (not original)
Total length 55cm Barrel length 33.5cm
This gun has not been repaired, it is in its original length, and it is in very good condition.
A certificate of origin and authenticity from a CNES expert will accompany this gun.
