"Watercolor Nineteenth Waiting Fishermen"
Elegant watercolor on paper XIXth "wait for fishermen" by R. CERRAY. We see in the foreground a mother and her daughter, the latter showing something with the fingertips and each look into the horizon. Wearing all the traditional headdress, they are dressed in brightly colored dresses and shawls. in the background undistingue characters on the dock and an architecture on the left side. Quality work, signed and dated lower left R.CERRAY July 2, 1861 and presented under glass in a frame stuck and gilded wood.
