Armand Heins (Ghent 1856 - 1938): Belgian painter trained in Ghent and Paris. He is a painter and especially a graphic artist and illustrator.He is a founding member of the Belgian Society of Aquafortists.The Museum of Fine Arts of Ghent has several of his works from the donation of Ferdinand Scribe, a famous art patron of Ghent friend of our painter. Our watercolor, signed and dated 1887, undoubtedly illustrates a bucolic landscape of the Ghent region that inspires him particularly.The frame measures 57 x 71 cm , the view is 26 x 41 cm.
