Pair of églomisé-miniatures of the Countess Severin Potoka and her husband Count Severin. The two miniatures were executed in the 18th century by two representatives of the French school: his portrait signed Clément f (ecit), in English: created by Clément and his signed portrait: Schmidt fecit. We also know that the portraits of this countess were executed at the same time by two famous French painters: Jean Baptiste Isabey and Elisabeth Vigee-Lebrun. Inscription: both signed, on his portrait is the original inscription of the author on the guardian in French (see our photo).
