Louis XV tombstone commode in violet wood veneer opening on the front with three drawers on three separate rows of exposed rails embellished with a brass net. This dresser has a beautiful curve in the two planes in front, the sides themselves curved in both plans, a brass net separating the top panel of the bottom panel. The marquetry has a decor of reserves and nets framing a wood of violette placed in "butterfly wings", the sides having the same decor. Drawer crosses inlaid with brass thread. This dresser has a very beautiful ornamentation of bronzes gold and chiseled varnish, falling handles, apron, falls, hooves, entries of locks.
