Late 19th century school from Lyon, stag-hunting scene representing an aristocrat wearing a blue and gold uniform riding a horse, a hunting horn wrapped around the chest.

Oil on canvas signed Louis Guy and dated 1879, presented in a gold leaf gilt wood frame.

Very good condition ; the painting has been cleaned as well as the frame. No accident, no lack, no repainting.
