Provenance
Service commissioned by King Louis-Philippe for Pavillon de Breteuil June 26, 1846, then delivered in two stages in 1847.

History
The pavilion, located in the park of the castle of Saint-Cloud, was the residence of Count Montalivet , general steward of the Civil List, several times Minister of the Interior and close to the King, between 1842 and 1848. This service, described "white background, groups of colored flowers" has the distinction of being the only polylobé of the table of the King, recalling the services of Louis XV at Sevres.
