Beautiful original serie of four salt cellar in partially gilded solid silver. Goldsmiths Henry Chawner & John Emes. London, reign of George III, 1797 (hallmark used between 1796 and 1797), very well marked. Family crest engraved on the belly. Vermeil interior (wear and scratches). Size of one (L x W x H): 9 x 5 x 5 cm Total weight: 287 g (72 + 72 + 72 + 71)
