Rare frame of the same period carved wood with its original gilding. Isaac de Moucheron was born in Amsterdam in 1677, he died in the same city in 1744. He is the son of Frederik de Moucheron and Maria Magdalena de Jouderville, daughter of Isaac de Jouderville, a student of Rembrandt, hence his name. This Dutch painter, a pupil of his father, was also a training architect, which will make him realize landscapes where architecture takes a prominent place.
