Ancient cane with ivory handle carved with a deer scene. (Mammal ruminant such as deer, deer, fallow deer, deer form a family). Head size, height 13.5 cm, diameter of the sphere 4.1 cm, diameter of the ivory ring 2.9 cm. Total length of the cane 97 cm. The barrel of Malacca. Brass ferrule ending in a steel heel. German work of the middle 19th century. Note a missing deer paw.
