Superb and elegant watercolor drawing of Henri FOREAU (1866-1938), painter of landscapes French disciple of Harpignies, knight of the legion of honor in 1911, present in the museum of Orsay, the cabinet of drawings of the Louvre as well as at the carnavalet museum. This large drawing depicts a man aboard a boat along a river trawling nets. The colors are warm and soft and the technique of drawings and water well controlled. All quality and in very good condition, signed lower right and presented in its original frame
