Jean-Baptiste Plantar, sculpture of the king's buildings (1790-1874) Ornamist of the Restoration is the last sculptor carrying the title of "sculptor of the King's building", made numerous projects for the city of Paris and the royal residences.
A large collection of 600 drawings was acquired by the INHA library.
