Terracotta group natural patina representing Aphrodite and her eldest son Eros. Aphrodite, goddess of love, seduction and beauty is represented naked, sitting on pink cobblestones rocks, the hair attached to the antique. His right arm is languid enclosing an ovoid bowl full of pink while the left tends towards love. At his feet is lying his eldest son Eros, god of pleasure and desire. Eros, his face turned toward his mother tends her left arm to meet the demands nursery while-his left hand touches the ground, embodying one of the basic forces of nature. Eros is depicted naked sitting at the feet of Aphrodite, her hair knotted headband that rests on his eyes to symbolize the blindness of love. At his side a bow and a quiver full of arrows, with which it sends arrows able to inspire desire in the heart of gods and men. The cauldron overflowing with roses in hand of Aphrodite, symbolizes fertility, prosperity and happiness. Roses, flowers dedicated to the goddess of love because they themselves are red, they can not be picked without thorns will prick you, so carry with them the pleasures rougeure shame and penetrate our consciousness their stings.
