"Oil Lamp Porcelain Meissen 1870"
moderator oil lamp 1870, the body Meissen porcelain decor in blue onion underglaze, signing with crossed swords mark and 7 hollowed in the paste inside. Frame bronze, nickel initially was silver. The burner lost following the electrification of the lamp has been replaced, reducing it to its original state. It works perfectly despite a glass that is not like the original (diameter too small and not tightened enough). The globe is ribbed and cut crystal stars and circles conducive to create beautiful lighting effects. The junction ring of the vase with the mount has a slot that has been consolidated from the inside. The porcelain body is in perfect condition. We arrive to find oil lamps in Meissen porcelain decor onion but much more difficult oil lamps. Height without glass or globe: 52 cm
