"Address to the King of Rome" Rare original edition of this poem written in 1811 by Mr Louis Vigee-Guillaume Etienne Bernard (born in 1755) for the birth of the Aiglon. Mr Vigee was secretary of Madame de cabinet before the revolution and had to undergo several months of imprisonment in terror. Napoleon François Charles Joseph (1811-1832) (Napoleon II), the only son of Napoleon and Marie-Louise born March 20, 1811 at the Palais des Tuileries, called the Eaglet, was King of Rome, the Crown Prince, Prince of Parma and Duke of Reichstadt.
