Oil On Canvas Landscape Signed Seignemartin, XIXth

Oil on canvas depicting a vibrant landscape of a couple walking in a forest, signed Seignemartin (Jean), painter born in Dijon April 16, 1848, died in Algiers on November 29th, 1875. Pupil of the Ecole des Beaux Art of Lyon. The last two years of his life spent in Algeria revealed it to him and led him to paint in a lyrical style to Delacroix, a painter he greatly admired.
