This sublime ancient brooch shaped crescent moon comes straight from the 19th century. It is set with 21 natural sapphires royal blue lined both sides of rose-cut diamonds. The clasp of this pin is a pin sapphires.
This pin has a back Petitt thread that allowed the gem to adaper on hair pins.
