A graduate of the School of Decorative Arts in Paris, Maurice Savin painted peasant scenes and female nudes. He uses a chromatic palette in ochres and reds, which makes his work stand out. His realistic and sensitive work is inscribed in form, color and light. Please note gaps in the frame. Visible at the Courcelles Antiquités Gallery, at 97 rue de Courcelles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
