Michel François Damane-Demartrais (1763 Paris- 1827 Paris) painter and engraver, pupil of David, exhibited frequently at the Paris Salon from 1796 to 1819, and produced various views of Paris (Pont d'Iéna, Champ de Mars and Military School, Tuileries, Palais Bourbon, Invalides)
