Object description :

"Hot Water Bottle Lamp In White Metal, Empire Style - Early Twentieth"
This Bouillotte lamp in white metal has a circular lampshade in green sheet metal, decorated with golden laurel leaves. It is adjustable in height on its square shaft using a butterfly screw. This lamp illuminates with three S-shaped sconces that support candle holders and beaded collars, on which the "candles" rest. Created in the 18th century for games rooms, this light takes its name from a card game: La Bouillotte. Today, this model of lamp is often sought after for lighting desks and pedestal tables, for which it is perfectly suited.
