Exceptional carved gilded wood mirror of birds, dolphins, feathered helmet, drum, flags, volutes and a large flat shell specific to the decorative elements of the Regency. The gilding and its mercury mirror are original, slightly beveled. Its large mirrors were in the eighteenth century arranged above a dresser or a large console gilded wood. Our mirror dates from the early eighteenth century around 1720, from the time of the Regency. Provenance of a particular collection, Paris. Dimensions: Height 138 cm, Width: 78 cm.
