High manufacture, Napoleon III period clock in the Neo-classical style. Stamped on the plate of the mechanism "G. Philippe, Palais Royal 66 et 67" watchmaker referenced in the Tardy, dictionary of watchmakers on the date of 1870-1880.Very beautiful architecture in gilded bronze on a claw foot, very sober finely chiseled with Greek friezes and geometric shapes and embellished with a small golden chain on the facade. Embellished with very beautiful porcelain, the dial featuring symbols of theater and music as well as a magnificent vase made of bronze and porcelain decorated with golden chains, portrait and a Greek frieze.
