Rare painting by this American artist Frank A. Brown who signed under the pseudonym of Paco Moreno. A great traveler, his palette and his style adapted to the countries and currents of painting he frequented. Here typically we recognize the influence of Maurice Utrillo, through the subject and the style, which he must have encountered during his stay in Paris, in particular during his participation in the Salon des Artistes Français (foreign painter section) in 1928.
