In 1973 he left his native country to come to the north of France, to Béthune. Two years later in 1975, he moved to Le Havre and finally never left Normandy. From then on, he developed and maintained a passion for the plastic arts, in particular through two major disciplines, sculpture and painting. Devoted body and soul to his art, he also explores pottery, collage and even from 2003, in parallel with his activity as a visual artist, he is the author of many short poems, called Haïkus. Over the decades, his works address the themes of the times they go through but also the existential questions of the artist or his relationship to women. But there is no doubt that the themes covered in his paintings and sculptures are as varied as the colors or materials he uses to convey his ideas: oil, watercolour, acrylic, pastel, pencil, chalk, wood, marble, granite, glass, gold leaf, obsidian or simple terracotta… Perhaps he hasn't yet found the right material to convey his thoughts to us. But may he continue to rummage around, may he continue to overwhelm us with his ideas, to dazzle us with his colors! WE love…
