"Dagger Called Kard - Indo-persian - XIXth Century"
DAGGER called Kard
Indo-Persian, 19th century
Steel, brass, bone
Total length: 34.4 cm; Handle length: 9.5 cm
(old accident)

The handle is made of two bone plates cut out and riveted three times.
The heel of the blade is inlaid with saw-toothed brass. The straight single-edged blade is engraved on one side with vegetal scrolls and an Arabic inscription.
Wooden scabbard covered with green morocco.
