"Louis XV Period Dressing Table In Rosewood Marquetry"
Dressing table in rosewood veneer inlaid with leaves. It opens with three flaps, one of which has a mirrored bottom, and two compartments. Three belt drawers, one of which is simulated and one with compartments and a zipper trimmed with gilded leather with small irons. It rests on curved legs, the front ones fitted with a fall of gilded bronze. Note, a small burst of marquetry on the belt which will be restored. Stamped by L.FOUREAU (Louis Foureau.), Master in 1755. Louis XV period, 18th century. .
