French School Drawing : "the Walk In The Park"

"The walk in the park" French school circa 1800, ink and gray wash on laid paper 25.3 X 35.2 cm, mounted in by a Marie-Louise in a wash in a beautiful carved and gilded wood frame 39 X 47 cm .
This charming scene shows us various characters walking through an Italian-style park bustling with statues, waterfalls and fountains and dominated by a torso column rivaling the foliage of the trees.
Despite many rednesses and small accidents, this design has a strong decorative power and will fit perfectly into a classic interior.
