Charming little Louis XV-style bedroom or lounge chair in walnut, made in the late 19th century.
Rests on four arched, carved legs ending in a light scroll motif.
The front crosspiece of the waistband is carved and decorated with a shell bordered by two acanthus leaves.
The top of the rounded backrest is also embellished with a shell framed by foliage and two florets.
The upholstery fabric has recently been redone, it is embossed velvet, with squared patterns.
The upholstery is also quite recent and comfortable.
