A very interesting set of a chalice and a host box in gold-plated metal and ivory. The chalice cup is made of silver (Minerva hallmark). The chalice itself, with its gilded base, closes with the host box (see photos). It is a very beautiful object, certainly religious, but in the purest Art Deco style; the gilding is also exceptional.
