Large Items - International Shipping: We will need your full address to obtain an accurate quote from our carriers. Once the cost is agreed, we will arrange packing and crating if required. Your parcel will then be handed over to our carriers in the UK and loaded onto the next available vessel. Sea freight transit times vary between 2 and 4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a freight forwarder to handle customs duties (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our carriers can assist you. These international deliveries can take between 4 and 8 weeks. Insurance: For any shipment that has been additionally insured, in the event of damage during transit, you must immediately notify the recipient's carrier and us so that we can begin the claims process.
