Portrait of a senior officer, noble, count's coat of arms at the top left of the painting, he wears the Austrian commemorative cross of the battles of 1813 and 1814. Silver epaulette with large fringes and belonging to the 2nd regiment probably of infantry. The medal and the ribbon (black and gold) indicate that he was linked to the Napoleonic campaigns but on the Austrian side (decorated by Austria for service during these campaigns). Oil on canvas from the 19th century, around 1830, relined (restorations mainly in the background), dimensions without frame H61 cm x W50 cm, dimensions with regilded frame H79.5 cm x W69cm.
