An antique, thick decorative tile from Italy. Featuring a beautifully colored caricatured figure, possibly a pope or churchman, 17th century. In excellent condition with very slight wear (small scratches) to the upper parts (ridges) and the usual edge chips. Thin mortar remnants on the back. Dimensions 2.5 x 15 x 28 cm. The sculpture in the background is not for sale!
