Very large covered vase with imari decoration Japan, Arita Edo period (1603-1868), circa 1700 H. 88 cm The very large covered porcelain vase is decorated in underglaze blue, overglaze red and gold, the body represents a screen among floral registers. The handle, lacquered red, is in the shape of a shishi. The body has been pierced.
