Mitsutsune Miyamoto born in 1913-2001 - Tokushima prefecture (Island near Kobe). Graduated from the Imperial Art School. Student of Takashi Shimizu. From 1936, selected for the Bunten (Salon des Beaux Arts), where he exhibited throughout his career. His training is characteristic of the pre-war period: a strong influence of European and Greco-Roman sculpture. He had Takashi Shimizu as a master (figure of the Montparnasse School). He published numerous nudes and subjects always in a very peaceful and sensual register. He had his own sculpture school from the 1960s. Many of his sculptures are exhibited in the sculpture park of Mount Myoken in Naruto City. A certificate; a detailed and illustrated notice on the artist; will be given to the buyer.
