Very beautiful Pair of Louis XV period corner cabinets dating more precisely from the period between 1745 and 1749 as evidenced by the crowned "C" hallmarks appearing on the bronzes. Parisian work of very high quality attributable to Roussel or Migeon, these corner cabinets still retain a Regency spirit in the arrangement of the bronze shells mounted in spandrels. Curved crossbow facade opening with two leaves veneered with rosewood and violet wood curls in frames of wire of the same species. Rich ornamentation of gilded bronze rocailles. Keys present. 2 shelves in each corner. Locks and iron door bolts also from the period and present. Top of red Languedoc marble. Very good condition with their French polish.
