Louis XV period sloping desk, stamped Criaed. In violet wood veneer with butterfly wings on the flap. The latter reveals a dark top in gilded black leather with small irons, two compartments, four drawers and a secret. The belt opens with two drawers placed on either side of a simulated central drawer. Rests on four arched legs, garnished with gilded bronzes. 18th century Mathieu Criaerd, received master in 1738.
