French Louis XVI Chimney Clock Set With Two Candelabras, Marble And Bronze, Circa 1900

Description: A breathtaking antique mantle clock featuring bronze adornments and intricate detailing. The clock case showcases crystal windows on the sides and a decorative burning torch embellished with roses atop the case. The roof of the case is encircled with bronze gilded pearls, with a typical French Louis XVI ribbon underneath. The enamel dial is exquisitely handpainted with flowers and Arabic numerals, signed by Richond, 11 bd Montmartre Paris, and protected by a glass door. Recently serviced by a professional clockmaker, the movement operates flawlessly on an eight-day mechanism, striking every whole and half hour. Stamped by Samuel Marti, Medaille d'Or Paris 1900.
