Heavy pair of 19th century hangings made in a beautiful upholstery fabric. Linen and wool. Large floral decoration in autumnal shades for this pair of antique curtains. The last photo shows the reverse side of the fabric. Old braids in a hanging system are sewn on the top of each panel. Visible on photo, a trace of discoloration, invisible when the hangings are in place. Beautiful upholstery fabric, interesting weave. Each curtain: Nice length: 285 cm x nice width 251 cm
