Nice size cauldron in chiseled red copper formerly tinned, from Persia, from the 19th century in very good condition.
The deep carving represents eight multi-lobed medallions decorated with calligraphy and seated princes with sabers.
Two very thick tri-lobed bronze fasteners support the handle, also in bronze.
Dimensions: Height 23 cm, with handle 34 cm, diameter 23 cm, weight: 2080 gr
