Listed : Artprice, Akoun and numerous various others
Reference Code : 108HSP6M-W.PANNIER

Original oil on original wood panel, signed lower right.
Charming seaside scene from the Belle Époque, animated by eleven figures, a small dog and sailboats sailing in the distance.
We will also notice the presence of three beach cabins on the right as well as the lighthouse located at the end of the pier.
The scene most likely takes place on the Normandy coast, a region frequently painted by the artist, where we find three women deep in discussion, seated on a chair or may be even a stool for those on the left, joined by a couple accompanied by their little dog. Two other women, on the left, have their attention focused on the lighthouse while the figures on the right seem to be heading or busying themselves around the cablnes.
A lovely fine and refined work.

DIMENSIONS : Unframed : 24 x 40 cm - Framed : 39,3 x 4 x 56,3 cm

Willy PANNIER is a painter, draftsman and sculptor, born in 1952.
Prematurely attracted to drawing and expressing himself naturally through it, he decided, after his studies, to enroll at the École des Beaux-Arts to study and perfect his technique and discover new ones, including that specific to pictorial art.
Willy PANNIER began his career as an illustrator for Éditions CASTERMAN.
The artist produces many works, portraits, illustrations, models, watercolors and sculptures. From 1988, he directed his artistic career towards painting, for which he was passionate. Talented and determined in his new direction, he participated in numerous exhibitions in France and abroad.
Willy PANNIER is the painter of gaiety, joie de vivre and conviviality that he lets express at the end of his brushes and that we find throughout his work. His predilection for beach scenes, which he executes with incredible precision and finesse, have largely contributed to his notoriety.

"Painting is for me a joy constantly renewed by the pleasure of creating endless scenes to bring out the breath of life.".
