In good condition, signed bottom left Emile Vloors '94 Bruges? and is presented within a modern ebonized oak frame. Albert Émile Vloors (or Emil Vloors), was born in Borgerhout on May 31, 1871 and died in Antwerp on December 29, 1952, and was a Belgian painter and sculptor.
