"Bronze With Two Patinas:"
Rare bronze group representing a genet from Europe; The European genet is a nocturnal and discreet carnivorous mammal, of size, color and morphology that sometimes make it mistaken for a cat. This bronze is finely chiseled, we can clearly see the hair of the animal and its predatory attitude. The silver-brown and bronze patinas are very effective. The signature "FAUQUE" is on the terrace on the right. We find this unidentified artist on animal sculptures.
