"18th Century Cane In Carved Wood, Crown Of A Marquis, 70,07 Inches"
Carved wooden cane. Very long cane, 70,07 inches long. The Knob represents a helmeted figure. On the top of the barrel is engraved a coat of arms surmounted by a crown of Marquis. Long ferrule in nicely worked metal, 5,12 inches long. Very good condition, however note the end of a sculpted wooden feather from the character's helmet, broken and reattached (barely visible). France, 18th century.
